Selina Kyle 25 | Thief | Catwoman Selina Kyle has spent the majority of her life in Gotham City. And that life... well, it was anything but ordinary. The girl has relied on crime her entire life. The girl was learning how to pick pocket and steal before her 10th birthday. Her history has given her very questionable ethics. She lives in an apartment in Old Gotham, and frankly she's still trying to find her place in the city. Realistically, she wants to get out of Gotham. But doing so is easier said than done. She has a juvenile record she can't entirely get rid of, and crime shapes her life. The Cat was formed to broaden her opportunities, but she's not quite like the other criminals in this city. She has her own twisted set of morals, and she believes there's a large part of Gotham that the city's turned its back on. She believes those people deserves a chance, and she's happy to stand up for them. The city's corrupt and she knows it; in her mind, its' about time that those the city's stomped on are given a chance at a decent life. Friends Selina rarely shows her true colors. There's a lot about herself she keeps hidden. Most people outside of the East End will rarely see the true side of Selina Kyle. They'll get the charming, witty, alluring young woman. They'll never see the morally complicated woman who's been shaped by twisted and corrupt city. Her true friends are few and far between. She's not good at letting people in. Typically, she identifies most with others in the East End. Lovers Selina doesn't usually let people in emotionally, but she's more than happy to manipulate a man into letting him thinks he cares. She's never really had a serious relationship, largely just a lot of flings. Enemies Selina tries her best to keep a target off of her back, but given the way she lives her life that's damn near impossible. She'll try to 'stay off the radar' but with her crimes, the GCPD is bound to be on her back as well as the city's vigilantes. |
