harvey dent is dead, or so the world believes. batman has not been seen for several weeks as the people continue to believe that he killed their beloved leader, and things in gotham are becoming even worse than they were before. dangerous people lurk around every corner, and the police aren't always ready to do anything about it. will you take a stand, or watch the darkness rise?
