loosely based off of the events of the dark knight
harvey dent is dead, or so the world believes. batman has not been seen for
several weeks as the people continue to believe that he killed their beloved leader,
and things in gotham are becoming even worse than they were before. dangerous people
lurk around every corner, and the police aren't always ready to do anything about it.
will you take a stand, or watch the darkness rise?
many of the important decisions are made downtown by the mayor and his office. they're mostly in the interests of the city, but sometimes you have to watch out.

it's much better kept then gotham city, but there are still a lot of sketchy things that happen in the downtown area to unsuspecting people.
